TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These lists cancels all previous lists and offers. All wines are offered subject to remaining
unsold lying ready for collection from our cellars, unless otherwise stated at Het Nederlands
Wijn Antiquariaat, 1e Weteringdwarssraat 2 A, 1213 AR Amsterdam Netherlands.

PRICES are quoted in Euro Tax and VAT or VAT Margin included unless
otherwise stated. All wines shall be
invoiced and settled in Euro.
DELIVERIES will be charged for where required.
All PRIVATE BUYERS within the EU will be charged Dutch Duty and VAT 21% where applicable.
PAYMENT is due on receipt. Approved trade accounts may pay by cheque post dated 30 days
from date of invoice.
EXPORT ORDERS must be paid for in full prior to shipment or 14 days from invoice date,
whichever is the sooner.
We reserve the right to cancel any UNPAID ORDERS at any time after
due payment date.
TITLE to all goods confirmed or invoiced to a customer by will remain with
Het Nederlands Wijn Antiquariaat until settlement has been received in full for all
monies outstanding. Until such time as title to the goods passes to the customer we reserve
the right to inspect the wines at any time and to require the customer to deliver up those
wines to us in the event of failure by that customer to do so immediately to enter
their premises or other premises where these wines are stored and to repossess the wines.
CLAIMS for damaged or missing goods must be notified by email or in writing to us within 3
working days of receipt of goods.
FORCE MAJEURE - we shall not be held liable for any failure to meet our obligations
occasioned by circumstances beyond our control.
